As an Independent Karate Club we are regularly involved in Competitions. The Club also has a regular grading Syllabus.
You will find us friendly, energetic and our club has a "family" atmosphere : if you join us, our
aim will be to help you to achieve your potential, whether for karate championships, self-defence or
fitness and interest.
We have developed the website to show you more about us, but also as a source of general karate
information which we hope you will find useful.

Rochfords Shotokan Karate Club has been active since 1982, and has
grown over the years to become the biggest Shotokan karate club in the Slough area.

We have over 60 active members and a further 50 associate members, with membership from all
ages and backgrounds.
